Greenwood operates as a fully licensed venue, all guests aged 18 years and over must be able to provide valid government-issued photo identification upon request. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid passport, Australian driver licence, or proof of age card.

Venue management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who cannot produce valid identification when requested, in accordance with licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol regulations

Greenwood Hotel does not accept responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items belonging to attendees. Any items left behind at the venue will be placed in lost property and held for a maximum of 30 days. It is the attendee’s responsibility to follow up and collect any lost items within this period.
